Charles Rathbone Low
Charles Rathbone Low FRGS (1837-1918) served as a Lieutentant in the Indian Navy. He published respected factual works, particularly his History of the Indian Navy (1613-1863), and co-authored at least one work with W.H.G. Kingston. Three of his books are HNF.
His novels and non-fiction works are not copyright in many countries and some are available as free eBooks in the online store.
