J. E. Fender
James. E. Fender is Legal Counsel for the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, New Hampshire - the U.S. Navy's oldest shipyard. He has also written a Historical Naval Fiction series about the adventures of Geoffrey Frost during the Revolutionary War.
