Jeremiah Ross Dancy is Assistant Professor of History at Sam Houston State University. After serving with the US Marine Corps, including tours in Afghanistan and Iraq, he got a BA in History from the Appalachian State University, Boone, NC, a MA in Naval History from University of Exeter, UK and a DPhil in History from University of Oxford.
