The Pirate From Rome

Set in the time of the Roman Empire. Marcus, a young Roman is captured by pirates and, with a pretty young thing, held for ransom. When ransom is not forthcoming, he swears allegiance to the pirates and becomes a lieutenant. The book includes big battle scenes and plenty of sadistic hand-to-hand combat.
