George Cupples (1822-1891) has written two historic naval fiction novels. There is little information available about him although it would appear there may be some connection with Charles Darwin. (His wife Anne Jane Cupples was also an author and was sometimes published as Mrs George Cupples). Some of his novels are not copyright in many countries and some are available as free eBooks in the online store.
